We are able to produce quality and consistency in every training day because we require all trainers to undergo an extensive Train the Trainer workshop for every course they facilitate. The Train the Trainer workshops are powerful, active learning experiences for our trainers and are experiential as well as content-focal. We debrief thoroughly with our trainers afterwards and throughout. Additionally, all trainers are provided an outline as well as a bound Trainer's Guide that contains a step-by-step guide to facilitating the specific course.
